MOKK ENGINEERING PROJECTS is a 100% Black owned enterprise which was formed to uplift and empower communities with particular reference to historically disadvantaged South Africans. The company is 60% female owned by Tracy Bonolo Otladisa, with Kagiso Saltiel Rantau as Director and Tracy Otladisa as CEO. The owners are both from Photsaneng. The company has since evolved to being a diversified construction, mining, infrastructure concession and Services Company with a growing client base engaged in resources and infrastructure delivery sectors.

The company’s business approach is encapsulated in its positioning statement of “Structured”: The word “structured” articulates MOKK ENGINEERING PROJECTS’ ability to deliver products and services according to a tested methodology whilst it may also reflect the company’s philosophy of meeting challenges with ground-breaking solutions.

MOKK ENGINEERING PROJECTS relies on the demand for engineering, construction and mining services that support gross fixed capital formation particularly within the borders of South Africa. The company has a clear strategy of using its resources, skills and understanding of markets to develop a unique value proposition to clients.
