The company is 60% female owned by Tracy Bonolo Otladisa, with Kagiso Saltiel Rantau as Director and Tracy Otladisa as CEO. The owners are both from Photsaneng. The company has since evolved to being a diversified construction, mining, infrastructure concession and Services Company with a growing client base engaged in resources and infrastructure delivery sectors.
